Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for inclusion in a possible SEC report:
Fake undercut ask walked down to .2950 then .2900 - after .3000 had already started yesterday - which in turn had been walked down from .3200 - in an attempt to dupe people to trading on the bid.
