Joe seems to know basically what is in the Annual report based on what he said at the conference:
Mr. Moscato further stated: “In the last year, we have made significant progress on the Generex strategic plan, building value for our shareholders, as detailed in our 10K annual report that will be filed in the coming days.
So, I am wondering with the news that came out today with ALTuCell, that there are no issues with their deal.
