Agree. A good CEO, like Mark, works hard at truthfully "keeping hope alive" for SHs. As stated, "There is a chance." both legislatively and legally. As far as "next quarter...then the next quarter" is concerned when it comes to a HP SCOTUS decision & The Stronger Patent Act I perfectly understand the timing is completely out of Mark's hands.
