Went back and looked and yes, you announced the dividend on 5/31 which corresponds with the 88 cents.
That still does not take away that I believe you need to be more proactive with what is going to happen to the share price on 11/29. It can’t be cut in half. It needs to be explained to the main market makers, unless you think we will be in nasdaq then. However then the main nasdaq MM would need to see this is not a straight 1:1 stock split.
