These are the most recent tweets I have seen to clarify, he initially said sometime in October but clearly thats false. He is doing the best he can. But this is the most recent updates I see....
His response to the Shareholders meeting being possibly a bad thing....
So according to these tweets...we should expect a PR anytime between now and November 22nd.

Well there is plenty of growth planned and our largest deal is now solid in November...I will and am staying optimistic. We are also having our annual meeting in late November.

... It actually is when it should be right after a major news release..
