I'm still confused about this whole shares due to buyers of shares to those who have sold during a particular period. Would someone remind me how this is all going to be handled. Also, this would relate to all sellers of GNBT shares from the assigned date to the end of Nov, correct?

One more, how will it be determined the amount the seller will have to pay for the dividend shares owed?
