ok course..let's say someone has 10 million shares ... we all know stock going to dollars...lets say $4 that's
$40 million.however he is sick of waiting..till tomorrow.so he sells half million
any difference between $40 million and $35 million..and besides maybe he bought a stock and it went up or down..it keeps him busy..
now 20 people do that .
that's how you get under a penny.
people have a cutoff time.
