Wait, so Finesand has been developing an email relationship with NP? That sounds like a terrible relationship for NP, but I’m sure Finesand didn’t share exactly what type of “investor” she is.
IMO, I don’t think many of us here expected a buy out as Finesand mentioned and most are not disappointed with a partnership. Additionally, the partnership seems to have good terms even though the upfront payment is “small”. Like NP said, BP is interested in Mono and not combo, and since the P3 for Mono hasn’t been approved yet, the upfront payment isn’t great. I’d assume the terms would be better if the P3 for Mono was finished and/or the Mono BLA was about to be submitted.
I agree 100% that NP is banking on the other indications to bring in a large amount of $$$ via partnership or complete sell off for that indication. We are all hoping the same thing.
