Zuess: I wish you were my boss, because then I'd never worry about not handing in my work on time. It's about managing expectations. So you're saying that NP shouldn't be held accountable for his actions? It is only because of shareholder money that his grotesque salary gets paid. Thing is, in connection with NP's CREDIBILITY, who cares if a deal is done later than his PROMISE that it (and financing) would be done NOW. CREDIBILITY is they key, and he has NONE. And he doesn't care because we have made him rich already. Manage expectations, and you will have more leeway with your investors. I would have had more respect if he had told us, in advance, that the timelines have changed. He failed to do so. AGAIN.
It isn't about this one instance, it is a series of continual missteps (lies?) by NP that do not have people lining up to put more of their hard earned money into his pocket. Sure, many, like you, here say "Let's give it another few weeks!' but that is really just because they are scared of how much they have invested and want, with all their hearts, to believe that a deal (and will it be a good one?) will EVENTUALLY actually come through. I do believe a deal will get done, but still believe that NP is not the man to be the face/mouthpiece of this company. But hey...let's let's forget this week's failure to deliver and focus on all of the other bright and shiny stuff that NP is promising us (NASH and TNBC results), because hey, he meets his timelines, right? Umm...fool me twice...
