I believe you are right. It will not bring in money immediately from direct sales, but it can be more beneficial to the company in the long term. Notice I did not say it would not bring in money. Integrations can bring exposure to those that may not know about VERB's products. This could bring in a lot of money over time. Think of it as free advertising. Those that use products that VERB has been integrated into will become accustomed to using these features. This can increase retention of customers. It would be like someone going from a smart phone back to a flip phone. It is very frustrating going backwards in technology once you've become accustomed to using it. In my opinion, the more integrations VERB has, the harder it will be for any competitor to take part of this market. Sometimes we take for granted how many things are integrated into our daily lives.
