At worst something came up that our potential partner did not like...
At best our potential partner said "your getting NASH results in 7 days?? Well maybe we can work something out in addition to the HIV"
NP did say those Nash results will be sent to BPs ASAP. If the hiv partner is a BP. Perhaps they want in on the bidding.
Just a thought since most of us assume NP messed up somehow.
