It was interesting to me when the “extended” patent purchase deal SFT had made with ACS Came out. It appeared to me it was unclear as to when a “bigger deal” would make it more fortuitous for ACS to make the purchase. Unfortunately now I’m trying to figure out what exactly ACS needs to purchase since it’s open season on anyone else’s patent. Why not steal it like everyone else. Obviously ACS couldn’t provide keyboards and SFT’s worth had to be known by DSS so IMO time will provide answers. There were a number of key elements that provided confidence in my investment but truth be told patents especially Utility Patients were key for me, PTAB reviews making this a lock. Unfortunately our system is more than broken. Senators Coons and Tillis are what I have my faith in now, them and the New Cyber Security Alliance. Somethings got to give....too much is being taken.
