We should all be careful with our expectations, assuming a deal ever is signed, so that we're not setting ourselves up for (another) letdown unnecessarily.
It's $90M in MILESTONE payments, not upfront payments.
I expect the payment at signing to be small and for the big milestone payments to be acceptance of BLA and approval. There may even be milestone payments post-approval based on sales targets.
