Hey, Paul, I've been looking thru the transcript from the call, and I see the $10MM licensing fee discussion, where Joe talks about the up-front payments they would receive from various entities in various countries, but I don't see where he talks about share price in relation to that. Do you know where that is in the transcript (page #)?
