My point was it is not dead.....which be a much bigger concern. I also understood based on NPs comments on the interview that he announced it still a few weeks away that is was not dead/terminated.......but direct communication with a CytoDyn employee confirming the license agreement is only delayed was better than me trying to think I can decipher NPs comments.

While I agree with ER, Hulk and others that an explanation from NP should be provided (even if in loose terms), we as shareholders were directly misled to beleive otherwise and deserve such IMO....but as you state we will likely never know and as long as a deal happens and the share price begins to recognize some value, I won't care at that point.
