November '19 is a very important month for pctl:i am hoping for:

1. good news pr's about deals done..
2. a strategic partnership with a big co. that pays off all notes and pctl becomes debt free...

after that, with more deals signed in many areas: hospitals, oil/gas , agriculture, etc. we can see a decent upward movement,imo, for pctl's pps...
