Okay, we are getting there, 1M less to come up for the BLA submission, one way or another even if they have to crawl over the BLA submission financially. My guess, the selling I mentioned earlier this week, used to fund this. They have big enough shareholders, they upped the number of preferred, so they could do this if needed until BLA or deal or some other catalyst event imo.
