It's maybe enough with the court cases. Our winning percentage is not good. Let's hope a side deal with DUO has been consummated and that's the reason that the legal struggle could end.
If SF gets nothing out of it, it's going to make a lot of people look bad. The senior partners at BR will not be happy having spent all of this time and money on contingency. And our very own CEO was 100% involved in raising shareholders' hopes about the litigation outcomes. And we took out a $1M litigation loan.
It seems that it has turned out that the patents actually cover a smaller portion of the digital security universe than we had previously hoped. Revenues can still be excellent, though, and large deals done.
