Just looked up their drug, it's MOA is the reduction of TGF - beta. Which is much better than other NASH drugs that just reduce fat.
TGF - beta reduction is one of our MOAs for NASH, but we also reduce macrophage/monocyte recruitment, reduce hepatic stellate cells, reduces hydroxyproline and reduces fat levels. Once again CCR5 blockers for the win.
