I hate to rain on your parade, Hylander. But if you think this 10k will show that "all the acquisitions are making money and have over the past year", I believe you will be sorely disappointed.
IMHO, we will see some rev growth with net losses and net negative cash flow. I think what you seek won't show up in Q1 (ends today, report ~12/15) but will start to show in Q2 following that...
The importance of the 10k that I see is the 2 "check boxes" for the NAZ listing. If we check those boxes, and it can be announced that the only missing criteria is share price, I think that will be significant and the share price will take care of itself. Better yet, Joe could be right about the share price qualification being met, and we uplist in early December...
