Well, it can affect it big time thru NGIO, since MRK obviously is expanding Keytruda all over the cancer spectrum... and has the cash to do so due to its continuing success. I sincerely hope MRK is an interested party in a big chunk of NGIO stock thru the spin.
A huge cash injection from selling 10-40% of the NGIO shares would really give Joe what he needs to expand the MSO, complete other acquisitions, etc. to get this stock "off the schneid" as the great Chris Berman used to say!
