Exactly what I am now thinking …
Of course, it can be something more "fundamental" but the fact that Nader seems to think is very close, the only catalyzer, on my mind, is safety data.
Once our partner knows this is a go they will sigh the deal and pay the upfront amount.
If this is not the case, we might have few weeks of wait in hand … (and an explanation from Nader should be forthcoming).
