I think small upfront payment is enough to pay for Prostagen when BLA is completed. NP said a meeting with the FDA in November about pivotal mono was likely pending Part II data from the BLA. 8 weeks by the end of the year is not much and completing the BLA will probably be the end of these tensions and uncertainties.
