I did some deep DD on this today....
And I also saw Alan's original response from Foley. NTGL has no officers or employees - nor has it for some time. NTGL is wrapped up in the SEC thing which is why the custodial rumor was baseless. More importantly, per the SEC filings, Foley is, was and has always controlled NTGL either directly or at arm's length. I don't see any demonstrable proof either stated or provided to the contrary by Foley in his attorney's responses to what I believe (the SEC matter) is most current.
It is more than a little slippery for Foley to say "they" or "NTGL" when casting blame, as it is in fact him and him alone.
That said, I remain excited for possibilities for NTEK once the dust settles. Does anyone know the current status of the remaining funding Foley claimed was forthcoming in the SEC testimony?
