There is a small company that is really rallying today that has a ticker symbol of CUR named Neuralstem but is being changed to Seneca Biopharma and is being listed on NASDAQ on or about November 1st under new ticker symbol SNCA. Market cap is around 5-7M. I want to see what smarter minds than me think about this in relation to GNBT and its uplisting?
