I believe back in 2016 Rocky Mountain high water company had letter of intent with the poafbybitty family for 237 acres of land For growing hemp and bottling plant. I think it was in podcast 3 that the bottling plant came up again trying for grants. Wonder if they still have the long term contract for land use and growing hemp. Maybe this is what they were waiting for.
