Yep...
They have a bridge from Ft Madison Iowa to Niota Ill that needs to be replaced. It is fix or repair daily. When it isn't functional people have to drive around to The Keokuk Iowa bridge or Burlington Iowa bridge. When there is flooding they have to drive even farther. They have built up the flood walls on the Iowa and Missouri sides to protect farm land. Illinois side is neglected.
