This is a very good information , I knew about all this cluster CTCs and prognosis ..

My point is , only knowing that patient has some metastasis , we can’t know of level of CTC at this moment .

Yes in aggressive tumors those remissions are short lasting , but they happen.,
We do have immune system which is trying to do some work before it will collapse ..

My point only was , when they accepted patient for a study,
for her first treatment , she has some metastasis , this is not enough information for us to say that her CTC will be very high at this moment .
It might be ..

And one day if we learn that patient had metastasis but not very high CTC At the time , it really mean not to much ,

Our first treatment naive patient was 3 week after Leronlimab injection October 17 when CTC was done , second time should be November 7 .,

Results of tests can be very impressive or not really but patient is doing much better ..

And yes in 60 days severe metastasis of colon cancer were ‘
“ significantly “ reduce .,
But we don’t know what our patient has when admitted ..

But I understand your point and in general you are right , but in treatment each patient is different .,
