Sounds like another NDA coming? Historically Steve has a habit of suggesting his hands are tied due to NDAs:
Regarding this, is this what successful CEOs do in your opinion? You seem pretty knowledgable about Steve's intentions so I'm curious:
Maybe you're right - Another poster here suggested Steve has INTENTIONALLY driven the share price down into the dirt so that we can all afford more shares.
I find these insights into Steve's mind fascinating, and if true, I may not have enough ONCI shares in my portfolio.
