other than Chicago Lives close to 5 bordering states .
When I lived there, most everyone worked in Iowa across the river and purchased most everything there also. You have Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana and Kentucky. All cheaper states.
Illinois is a State that needs to be split and carved up like California
