I appreciate the detail. No financials in two years in somewhat troubling, but hey, it's the pink sheets, so who knows? And to the poster suggesting IR - that is pointless - IR isn't going to give a nobody like me financials they haven't made available to the OTC or on their own website (aka made public).
I did get in (and then out at profit) of NTGL today. I'd say I "road the rumor," as from my basic DD it's obvious that nobody can touch NTGL, RM it, take custodial ownership of it or anything else until the SEC case is concluded.
