You are not even close on your guess. Ian Dixon who specializes in gaining custodian ownership of shell companies reportedly purchased some NTGL shares last month. The document and link can be found somewhere on Liehub. The next step is for the custodian to sell NTGL via reverse merger to a private company that wants to go public. This may or may not pan out.

I still own 1.5M NTGL shares from long ago and this could all lead to just another P&D, I really have no clue. Anyway just nice to see some life pumped into a ticker that had been essentially dead and buried until now.
