Approved on the books is an up to 300 to 1 second reverse split.
After SGSI merger with Wavetech GBMH, SGSI shareholders will own less then 10 percent of the new company.
Currently at 57,763,971 outstanding shares of SGSI, over 600,000,000 shares will be outstanding after the merger occurs."
