Initially, HELV, which NTGL used to gain access to OTC had 45 million authorized shares. NTGL then did a 10-1 forward split bringing authorized shares to 450 million. It is true that initially NTEK received 15 million shares for some assets, including patents and brand names. With the forward split NTEK is owed 150 million shares.
