One significant item not covered here yet:
Kiromic is out. Seemed they loved the science but couldn't work out the personal side of things.
Joe said this would have no material effect on the NGIO spin or its timing, and they would continue to pursue the "many" other opportunities to add to NGIO thru acquisitions.
