That "undisclosed" licensing fee is in addition to the $9 million if you read the news coverage carefully.
There was a long discussion covering this a few years ago. I wouldn't believe Surkfast. He's a known and constant basher.
My question would be - could SFOR wait 3 years (or so) to disclose the licensing agreement with MSFT?
