For me the DD by all of you has been phenomenal and I cannot thank those that have been so helpful. I started out wrong trying to be a flipper and that did not make much when you include the time you put into it especially while working but am learning that patience does pay off when you find a good one or maybe even the best one unvc and are on a board with such helpful DD. I just wanted to say thanks to all of you that post positive truthful DD. I have never been more confident of something in my life as I am of unvc.
