So were investors mislead when SB first announced it in late 2017/early 2018 and were they mislead again when SB said the deal was back on (strange how he never said it was off) on 10/8/18.

So if he could sell to overseas insurance companies without testing why does he need to test the device for domestic use?

Turns out that no insurance company has order the product, nor could we figure out if anyone has actually tested the device. What happened to Jenkins and all his meetings which are now over a year old? He was trying to sell a product that hadn't been "tested".
