I hadn't tough about this, I think you have a very valid point. Without knowing how advanced her condition was, it is likely that it was in a very advanced stage (as you point out, hence the FDA response).
As I understand surviving times for TnBC are short, so three months might be a meaningful and hopeful period.
Let's cross fingers for the patient and hope the Lero is helping her as it appears to be.
