Easy answer.....when a dirt bag mm is getting squeezed on a short play, they call in a favor to the SEC and get a companies trading suspended for some big highfaluting reason such as, not having the correct mailing address listed with the SEC!
And they did this to LAHO when it was making gains of 50% per week. All under the guise of "Saving the investors from themselves!"
