In southern California the Santa Anna winds
would blow the smog away from the San Gabriel Mountains
far out to sea. It revealed them to the oceanside communities.
What a beautiful sight it was. In Manhattan Beach 2 years. 1970/72.

Wow. No wonder thousands of people moved there back in the day.
