I sent management a two page list of suggestions about a month ago and cced all the mods. #1 or #2 on the list was get rid of the noteholder converting at all costs....

EDIT: Sorry, I was looking at the wrong suggestion, not the R/S but the publishing cancer data to gain support. I see, yes, I will send that suggestion to NP.
