Actually, Nasdaq just stated that you have to have 5 consecutive days after applying to meet approval. So if the 90 days consecutive is met and 10-K is met, then everything else should be good.
Once on Nasdaq, requirements have to be met as well, but there are companies under 2.00 currently on Nasdaq.
