tc, I don't care for 9:30 either much less with short notice. It is hard to change work schedules to be able to participate in the Q&A segment for a lot of people.

Not announcing the main point of the CC is a problem too. Depending on the topic, I might would make more effort to be available or at least consider what questions to ask.
