It means business is growing!
It just became international and the CEO (PCT LTD) has IMO chosen to allocate their time & expertise to the operating subsidiary (PCT Corp) since that is where the product installations and deals occur.
IMO this is a sensible allocation of expertise and they are still the COO as well as a Director of the parent company (PCT LTD)

"PCT Corp.installed the premier cabinet model of its Annihilyzer® Infection Control System this week at Mount Sinai South Nassau Medical Center located in Oceanside, NY."
