So show me where you are looking at "the actual stock prices" on a reliable site. If the NAZ shows adjusted prices (which, frankly, makes sense) as under $2, is that not what matters for a NASDAQ uplist?
Don't get me wrong... I'd love for this to be true... I just don't see how you can take a price from pre-div, give out 20MM+ shares, and then use that historical price, unadjusted. Of course, what I think doesn't matter, so please show me a place where I can actually see where a reliable source says the price was over $2 through that time period...
