But barring an extension, the 10k is due before the div... so maybe they want to see the output from that and judge what the next steps are based on boxes checked/unchecked for uplist... I think that's a reasonable and intelligent approach. If they speak now without the 10k, I'm not sure what they could really say... "in the coming days"...
