True, but they were not trying to get to Nasdaq at that time and this was supposed to be a priority this go around to get the information, so I thought it was a bit critical to get it done faster. Maybe not.

Also, though, with 2.00 PPS being broken, maybe there is not a rush to get it reviewed and sent to the SEC for NASDAQ, so they might send it by the regular due date, who knows?
