However you don't have to bankrupt the Treasury to rid yourself of the FED dollar...or China
The world would be a better place without the FED dollar in paper circulation.
My belief is only crypto currency should be honored between nations for trade and each nations currency should never cross borders.
To that end criminality would have little air to breath.
