If it is Dr Dalton or an Officer or an Insider - then by being a Dark Company - they do NOT have to file that they are buying.
An Insider could be anyone working for Dr Dalton or any shareholder that holds at least 10% of the shares which we expect is 120 million shares as we expect the total shares to be 1,2 billion.
Once we have filed, then any buying or selling by Officers or Insiders or 10% Holders MUST be filed and is made Public by the web sites that track Insider Transactions of all stocks.
